The first thing we did to begin the job was to get rid of everything in the kitchen that Mr. Madoff no longer wanted, including the trays, cabinets, and all other unwanted kitchen fittings. The contractors also removed all the kitchen tiling so they could put in a new floor. To replace the old tiles, we put in brand new ceramic, porcelain, and a beautiful marble mosaic. In addition, we put in some gorgeous granite countertops to replace the old ones. We took the items that Mr. Madoff had asked us to dispose of them in the safest way. This allowed us to continue the job redoing the kitchen on the fixed timeline we set out for ourselves. Our team then put in brand new gorgeous custom-designed cabinets. The last step was putting in the rest of the kitchen tiles, and the project was finished within the established timeframe, having spent less than the money put aside for the remodel.
